PAYMENT:
We prefer PayPal; the safer, easier way to pay. We also accept Google Checkout, money orders and cashier's checks.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Our products will be shipped directly from one of our suppliers. They will arrive at your doorstep in 5-10 days after payment is received. These items will be shipped either via UPS ground, USPS or FEDEX and insurance is automatically included in the cost unless otherwise specified. We will keep you posted as to the status of your order every step of the way.
We do not offer International shipping my items. Nor can we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, F.P.O.'s, or A.P.O.'s or Post Office Boxes. So, please supply a physical address.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
All of our fragrance items come with a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your item you may return it for a full refund less the return shipping.
We do not accept returns cosmetic products due to hygiene issues.
If you need to return any item that is covered by my satisfaction guarantee please contact us to receive a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the original sales slip and the outside shipping label.
All returns must be accompanied with all contents from original shipment (including certificates, boxes, free gifts, and all other promotional items) to our returns department.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping costs.

DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS:
We do everything in our power to keep up with inventory changes, however once in awhile an item may be discontinued or out of stock from my suppliers and we may not be aware of this until the item has been purchased. If this is the case we will notify the buyer right away. You may choose to wait a short time to see if the item comes back in stock or we will cheerfully refund your money right away.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify UPS or USPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
FEEDBACK:
As a buyer you have the right to leave feedback for us, but before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us. We are sure that we can come to an agreement that will be satisfactory for both of us.
