Yes, on most items the shopper pays the highest ship cost for the first item and the S&H for each addition item is $1.00 more within a single transaction. However, there are a few items that we can't offer such a deep discount of shipping, because my supplier doesn't offer a shipping discounts to us.
If for some reason while you are checking out the shipping cost doesn't seem correct please contact us and we will see what I can do.

Do you ship overseas or to Canada?
No, at this time I am not able to ship outside of the continental United States. Unfortunately, I can not ship to Alaska or Hawaii either.

Are your products new?
Yes, the majority of our items are new. If an item is not new we will make it very clear in the description.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Google Checkout, money orders, cashier's checks and PayPal. We prefer PayPal; the safer easier way to pay. In order to use PayPal, money orders or cashier's checks you must go through the NON-GOOGLE CHECKOUT before this option will be displayed.

What is a fragrance tester?
A fragrance tester just like a regular bottle of your favorite fragrance with these major differences.
It usually comes without a lid.
Often it comes either unboxed or in a plain no frills box.
It often says not for resale on the bottle. This means that a retail store is not supposed to resell these items, but because we are not affiliated with any major retail company we can resell these items.

What are the differences between Eau De Toilette, Eau De Parfum, etc?
These terms refer to the strength of the fragrance, or more specifically, to how much high grade alcohol and/or water has been added to the fragrance oils. Parfum (generally the most concentrated form you can buy) has 15-25% perfume oil dissolved in alcohol. Any mixture with a lower proportion of oil to alcohol is an eau (water).
EF - Eau Fraiche (Usually 3% or less perfume oil)
EDC - Eau de cologne (2 - 5% perfume oil)
EDT - Eau de Toilette (4 - 10% perfume oil)
EDP - Eau de parfum (8 - 15% perfume oil)
Soie de Parfum (15 - 18% perfume oil)
PARFUM or Perfume (15 - 25% -- also sometimes referred to as extract or extrait)
Perfume oil (15-30% perfume oil in an oil rather than alcohol base)
You may also see the term Parfum de Toilette. Most companies use this term to describe a concentration that is either the same as Eau De Parfum, or between Eau De Parfum and Parfum. Other companies use the term to describe an Eau De Toilette concentration.
To further confuse matters, some companies use different notes, or different proportions of notes, in the different forms of fragrance they offer. In addition, some companies reserve costly fragrance oils for their parfum, and use synthetic substitutes in lighter concentrations.

What are the "fragrance families"?
These are "aroma groupings" of related scents. There is more than one classification system in use, but many list 7 major families: Greens, Florals, Aldehydics, Chypre, Oriental, Fougère & Tobacco/Leather.

Can I return my product?
All our fragrance items come with a 30 day money back 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item, no questions asked. If you want more information on our refund policy please read our terms and policies page.
Cosmetics and skin care products are not returnable so make your purchases wisely.

Are your fragrance items genuine name brand fragrances.
Yes, all of the fragrance items we sell are 100% genuine and come from a very well respected and reliable supplier. We do not sell fragrance replicas, copies or knock-off perfumes.

Do you have fragrances in other sizes?
Yes, most of the fragrances that we sell come in other sizes and forms such as body lotion, shower gel etc. If you don't see the size or product type you are looking for please let us know. We will check on it's availablity and if it is available we will let you know the specifics and list it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping for any of your items?
Yes, gift wrapping is available for some of the fragrance items we sell for an additional cost of $3.00. However, it is not included in the retail price. If you want gift wrapping let us know and we will see if it is available for the item in question. If it is available we will send an additional invoice via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then this option is not available at this time.

Why do some of your items have a ON HOLD button next to them?
If an item has a ON HOLD button next to it that means the item is currently out of stock and it can not be purchased until the item comes back into stock. We place an item on hold instead of deleting it entirely so that we will not have to redo the listing when the item eventually come back into stock.

What happens if I order an item, but then you discover that it is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep our inventory up to date. However, rarely we may unintentionally miss an item or it went out of stock after we updated our inventory. If this happens we will notify you immediately. Then you have the choice to wait a day or two to see if it comes back into stock or if we have not charged your order we can cancel it right away. If we have already charged your order we will cheerfully refund your money.
